SEQUATCHIE COUNTY, TN - UPDATE: One man is seriously injured in a shooting that happened Wednesday afternoon in Sequatchie County.
Sheriff Hitchcock tells Channel 3 the incident happened in around 6:40 Eastern Time in the Boston Town Road area. The victim was shot in the lower extremities. The weather hampered Life Force from picking up the victim, so the person was taken by ambulance to a Chattanooga hospital.
The extent of the victim's injuries is unknown.
