UPDATE: Third man arrested in April 17 drive-by shooting

Police arrested a third man early today in connection with the April 17 drive-by shooting on North Willow Street.

Dominique Marqelle Jarrett, 19, is charged with attempted first-degree murder for his role in the exchange that left 21-year-old Paul Haden suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.

Once off a ventilator, Haden identified to police the three men who had been in the vehicle and opened fire on him after he got off a city bus.

Edward "Beans" Dewayne Duckett, 19, and Brandon "Bubba" Devon Arnold, 21, were picked up by Chattanooga police on Tuesday at the Hamilton County Probation Office on Dayton Boulevard in Hixson on charges in the shooting.
