Chattanooga woman dies in Florida crash

A Sunday wreck in the Florida keys killed a Chattanooga woman and left two other people in serious condition.

Virginia Gilbert, 70, was driving south on US-1 when the driver of a Chevrolet Cruze veered left across the center line and collided with her Toyota Sienna.

Virginia Gilbert died at Fishermen's Hospital in Marathon, Fla. Rebecca Gilbert, also of Chattanooga, was in serious condition following the wreck.

All three people involved in the wreck were wearing seatbelts and alcohol was not involved, according to a Florida Highway Patrol release.
