KNOXVILLE - A 60-year-old man who disappeared earlier this month after threatening to harm himself was found dead in a backyard shed Monday night along the same West Knoxville street where he was reported missing.
The body of William Glen Young was discovered by family members shortly after 7 p.m. in a utility shed behind 4510 Sunflower Drive, Knoxville Police Department Sgt. Todd Foster said.
Relatives noticed a foul odor in the area and unlocked the shed to find the victim inside, according to the sergeant.
