Fernando Resendiz and Juvencio Vega Garcia

The Whitfield County grand jury indicted three men Thursday in the March 23 shooting at Bar Las Delicious on East Morris Street in Dalton, Ga.

Orlando Ramirez, 20, Jovencio Vega-Garcia, 20, and Fernando Antonio Resendiz, 21, haven been charged with the murder of Bruno Rodriguez, the attempted murder of Daniel Maldonado-Flores, aggravated assault, possession of a weapon during the commission of a crime and other charges.

Resendiz and Vega-Garcia were also charged with hindering the apprehension of a criminal and making false statements.

Ramirez, Resendiz and Vega-Garcia are in the custody of the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office without bond, and are scheduled for arraignment before Superior Court Judge William Boyett on August 7.
