Final days for Latino exhibition at Bandy Heritage Center

An exhibition celebrating Latino culture that opened earlier this month is set to conclude Friday, Nov. 21, in the Depot Gallery of Dalton State College's Bandy Heritage Center, 305 S. Depot St. in Dalton, Ga. Co-presented by Dalton's Coalition of Latino Leaders, the exhibition features traditional dresses from many of the regions of Mexico as well as clothing from Guatemala, El Salvador, Chile, Argentina and Bolivia. Also on display are folk art, textile accessories and necklaces fashioned from copper, volcanic stones and other minerals, as well as four paintings on loan from the Georgia Liaison Office for the government of Guanajuato, a state in central Mexico.
