Cleveland authorities confirm that Tennessee Bureau of Investigation agents are arriving at the scene of an officer-involved shooting at 1009 Phillips Street Southwest.
Cleveland Police spokeswoman Evie West said the shooting happened at 11:37 a.m. after two officers responded to a call.
West said any other information will come from the TBI. The state agency is now leading the investigation, she said.
