Halloween fun runs the gamut - from family-friendly to scream-inducing - at haunted attractions opening around Chattanooga this weekend.

ACRES OF DARKNESS: HAUNTED TRAIL & FAMILY ADVENTURE

• Where: Audubon Acres, 900 N. Sanctuary Road

• When: 7:30-11 p.m. Oct. 17-18, 24-25, 31

• What to expect: Face local legends and the forest's natural dangers in this haunt in the woods. Acres of Darkness features two trails: one for the family, the extreme Ghost Town of Horror for those who dare. The family area includes a hayride, blacklight maze, face painting, pumpkin decorating, s'mores and cocoa by the bonfire

HAUNTED RANCH AND HAYRIDE
