Three men charged with murder in an April triple slaying in Lookout Valley appeared in a Hamilton County courtroom on Tuesday.

Skyler Allen, 22, entered a plea of not guilty on three charges of first-degree murder and one charge of attempted first-degree murder. Allen appeared with his appointed attorney, Benjamin McGowan. In court as well were Derek Morse, 19, and Jacob Allison, 16. Allison, who will be tried as an adult, is out on bond.

Prosecutors say Allison drove Morse and Allen to an RV lot off Kellys Ferry Road, where they opened fire on four men. Caleb Boozer, Jon Morris and John Lang were killed. A fourth man survived.

On Tuesday, Judge Barry Steelman set a new court date for all three men. They are expected to appear before the judge again Dec. 16.
