Five people have been charged with aggravated burglary at a St. Elmo home.
It happened around 12 p.m. Monday at a home on Sunnyside Drive, according to a news release from the Chattanooga Police Department.
A short time later, officers stopped a brown SUV. 18-year-old Kelvon Dozier, 25-year-old Carl Lewis and one juvenile were arrested.
In addition, 18-year-old Kiaomee Owens and 19-year-old Deangelo Foster were found at a nearby residence and arrested.
A search of the residence resulted in the recovery of the victim's stolen items.
