Tennessee DUI suspect to officer: I'm going to join ISIS, kill you

A Hendersonville resident stopped on suspicion of driving under the influence overnight on West Trinity Lane claimed he planned to join a terrorist organization and would come back to kill the officer.

Marco Antonio Dominguez, 24, faces multiple charges including DUI, assault, driving without a license and implied consent.

Arrest reports state that Dominguez pulled over at a gas station at 130 W. Trinity Lane with a smashed-in windshield and was outside the vehicle when the officer arrived. The report states Dominguez had vomit on his pants, slurred speech and was unsteady on his feet.
