BlueCross BlueShield donates $10,000 to Habitat
• What: BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee Community Trust presented Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga Area with a check for $10,000. Additionally, more than 100 BCBST employees volunteered with Habitat during September to complete projects in the Bushtown neighborhood and at Orchard Knob Middle School.
• Benefits: Habitat's new Neighborhood Revitalization Program, a series of four community outreach services designed to help Habitat affiliates provide a wider range of housing solutions. The four services are: A Brush with Kindness exterior repair and preservation, weatherization, critical home repair and rehab of homes.
• What: Members of the Alpha Beta chapter of Epsilon Sigma Alpha sorority recently held their annual Taster's Luncheon at St. Stephen's Catholic Church. The fundraiser included an auction, salad luncheon and fashion show.

Southeast Bank donates to Cleveland State
• What: Southeast Bank recently made a $3,000 contribution to Cleveland State Community College to help fund annual scholarships for students.
