A 69-year-old man was attacked and sexually assaulted while running around 7:30 a.m. Monday on West Mississippi Avenue in North Chattanooga.
The suspect in the assault is a black male around 5 feet 8 inches tall. He was wearing white or khaki shorts with a short afro or flat-top style hair.
The suspect was wearing a dark colored button-up shirt and weighed around 180 or 200 pounds.
