MARIETTA, Ga. - A metro Atlanta woman has been sentenced to 30 years in prison in the death of her 16-year-old daughter.
Ebony Berry of Smyrna pleaded guilty Tuesday to involuntary manslaughter and child cruelty for starving her daughter Markea Berry to death.
Authorities have said the girl weighed 46 pounds when she was found dead in her family's home in June of 2012.
