Tool Box by Woodcraft, a West Virginia-based woodworking tools shop, announced today that its Chattanooga store will celebrate with a grand opening ceremonty this weekend.

The store opened in September and is located at 5824 Brainerd Rd., behind Chick-fil-A and IHOP.

Woodcraft operates stores in more than 70 American cities and across 117 countries.

Chattanooga's Tool Box store is a smaller version of Woodcraft shops, meant to serve smaller markets.

"Woodcraft is opening Tool Box by Woodcraft stores to bring Woodcraft's best-selling woodworking tools, accessories and supplies to areas not served by our larger stores," said Jody Garrett, Woodcraft president, in a news release.

The Chattanooga store also hosts free product demonstrations for customers and how-to guidance for customers.

Tool Box by Woodcraft is open Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
