Former Chattanooga priest William Casey will be arraigned today in Scott County, Va. After allegations were made against him in Kingsport, Tenn., he said there were other victims from his earlier days as a priest. Since then, the Diocese of Knoxville has held a "healing session" in Chattanooga asking other victims to come forward, but nobody has.
