It used to be that when you wanted clothes, you combed the wool of a sheep or hulled cotton, combed it out so it lay flat and straight, and then, by hand, twisted the strands into yarn to weave or knit into cloth. Over the weekend, experts in the ancient and labor-intensive craft gave demonstrations for the curious at Red Clay State Park.
