DOUGLASVILLE, Ga. - Police are searching for a group of men accused of shooting two convenience store employees in a robbery attempt.

Douglasville police say they believe the suspects entered the RaceTrac on Fairburn Road from the rear of the building before shooting the two workers early Tuesday morning.

WSB-TV reports that the wounded workers -- a man and a woman -- were listed in stable condition at Grady Memorial Hospital.

No customers were inside at the time, though two people were pumping gas outside.

Douglasville police are offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspects.
