A fourth suspect has been taken into custody in connection with the Hamilton Place Mall fireworks and theft investigation.
Reese Cosby has been charged with theft over $1,000, disorderly conduct, reckless endangerment and vandalism over $1,000, according to a Chattanooga police news release.
