The Cleveland Police Department is investigating an apparent murder-suicide.
An elderly couple was found dead by their son at 11:20 a.m. Sunday in a home on Springhill Drive, a police news release said.
The couple had health issues, according to police.
"It appears to be murder-suicide," spokeswoman Sgt. Evie West said in the release, "but we are still in the preliminary stages of the investigation."
