Police identify two shooting victims on 37th Street in Chattanooga

Responding to a person shot call just before 2 a.m. Monday morning, Chattanooga police found two victims suffering from gunshot wounds on the 1000 block of W. 37th Street.

Theresa Farris Greene, 35, and Corey Thompson, 31, were identified as the two victims and were transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police suspect that the shooting may have involved the sale of narcotics.

There is no suspect information at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
