A woman who was critically injured in a two-vehicle crash Saturday near the 13,300 block of Jones Gap Road has died, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.

Deborah Cox, of Graysville, Tenn., died in a local hospital, sheriff's office spokesman Matt Lea said in a news release.

The collision Saturday evening caused emergency responders to shut down Jones Gap Road for a couple of hours. One other person had minor injuries and one was uninjured.

Lea said the incident is still under investigation. No information has been released about how the crash happened or the other people involved.
