A motorcyclist is in critical condition after colliding with a vehicle Thursday afternoon.
A person on a Harley Davidson was riding south on Dayton Blvd. when a Honda Civic pulled out from Dowlen Road after stopping at a flashing red traffic signal, according to a release from the police department. The motorcyclist had a flashing yellow traffic signal.
The motorcyclist hit the left front corner of the vehicle and sustained critical head injuries, according to the release.
The incident is under investigation.
