Man arrested for alleged home invasion off Hixson Pike

One man has been arrested after he allegedly robbed another man at gunpoint in the victim's home.

According to the Garrison Fogtman, 24, he was woken up by the suspect, Theodore Jablonski, 34, in his home on the 5500 block of Clear Creek Road, a news release said.

The victim said he was held at gunpoint and the suspect demanded money, but wound up simply taking a jacket and phone from the victim's home.

Jablonski was found wearing the victim's jacket and was in possession of the phone. He was also found to be in possession of drugs, drug paraphernalia and a handgun.

He was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery and possession of a controlled substance.

Public records show Jablonski was booked four times in 2016, twice for theft.
