Mask-wearing man arrested for allegedly brandishing gun at Walden man

A Walden man told deputies he was in his backyard when a mask-wearing man allegedly pointed a pistol at him, according to a release from the Hamilton County Sheriff's Department.

The resident fled into his home and locked the door after the man came within a few feet of him with the weapon, according to the release.

The incident occurred Tuesday in the 1500 block of E. Brow Road.

Deputies and East Ridge police arrested the suspect, East Ridge resident Kile Alexander Gore, 26.

Gore was taken to Hamilton County Jail and charged with aggravated assault, attempted aggravated robbery and burglary.
