The Whitfield County Sheriff's Office says they found a marijuana grow operation on Little John Lane.

According to a release from the department, a deputy pulled over 45-year-old Bree Valerie Faith on Interstate-75 around 9 a.m. Monday for driving her Toyota Camry with an expired license plate.

"She appeared to be overly nervous about an expired tag," a spokesman for the sheriff's office wrote in a news release.

The deputy asked some more questions, and Faith admitted she had marijuana in the car. The deputy found a small amount of the drug - and also $10,000 in cash.

The sheriff's office decided to search her home, at 116 Little John Lane in Dalton. They found 131 marijuana plants, some "marijuana cigarettes" and "other drug related objects."

The department charged Faith with manufacturing marijuana, possession of marijuana and driving with an expired tag.
