Another week, a new failure in this week's restaurant report card.
Sitar Indian Restaurant on Market Street, scored a 67 - anything below a 70 is a failing grade - on this week's inspection. The failure was due to a leak above the ice machine, debris/mildew on the wall around units, employees making barehand contact with ready-to-eat food, trash/debris sitting in the ally next to the restaurant, cutting boards in poor repair and improper thawing of chicken. The score was later corrected to a 91.
Wild Burger received an 80 after the inspector found build-up in the sink. no paper towels at the hand sink, employees unfamiliar with the health policy and ice scoop stored on top of the ice machine.
The Shallowford Road Hardee's score an 86, the third lowest score of the restaurants this week.
