Daniel Clark, 28, and 15-year-old Trinity Quinn are being charged with criminal homicide, especially aggravated robbery and attempted auto theft, according to Metro Nashville police. Both have given statements to authorities.

Metro Nashville Police say 28-year-old Daniel Aaron Clark and missing Dayton, Tenn., 15-year-old, Trinity Faith Quinn, are both suspects in the slaying of a 58-year-old Nashville convenience store clerk.

According to the department's Twitter feed, Nashville police say Quinn and Clark complied with orders to come away from a woodline along Old Hickory Boulevard. Clark was apprehended by the department's Special Response Team.

The Tennessee reported this morning that they are both considered suspects in Stevens' "brutal" slaying.

The pair were spotted by a dump truck driver who saw Quinn standing on the side of the road and called authorities, according to police.

Police found Quinn and Clark on an embankment behind some trees.

Quinn, missing from Dayton, Tenn., since Monday morning, is also a suspect in the fatal shooting of 58-year-old John Daniel Stevens.

The man sought by authorities in connection with the slaying of a Nashville convenience store clerk and a missing Dayton, Tenn., teen has been added to the TBI's Top 10 Most Wanted List.

Daniel Aaron Clark, 28, is wanted by the Metro Nashville Police Department and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation for criminal homicide.

Clark is the subject of a homicide investigation in the Charlotte Pike area of Nashville, Tenn., that occurred Tuesday night the left a 58-year-old store clerk dead.

In addition, Clark is the suspect in an active AMBER Alert investigation by the Dayton Police Department involving 15-year-old Trinity Faith Quinn.

Clark, 28, is a white man who has brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet 10 and weighs 168 pounds. Clark is considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Daniel Aaron Clark is urged to call the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND (1-800-824-3463). There is a $1,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.

A manhunt is under way in West Nashville for the man believed to be with an endangered teen girl missing from Dayton, Tenn., since Monday morning.

Nashville Metro Police officials are reporting that 28-year-old Daniel Aaron Clark is being sought in a manhunt in West Nashville after a convenience store clerk was shot dead during a robbery Tuesday night.

The clerk was identified as 58-year-old John Daniel Stevens.

Clark is a person of interest in the disappearance of 15-year-old Trinity Faith Quinn, who was last seen around 7 a.m. Monday at Rhea Central Elementary School in Rhea County, about 40 miles north of Chattanooga.

The Tennessean reported this morning that the convenience store slaying happened at 6955 Charlotte Pike around 9:30 p.m. CDT Tuesday. Clark and Quinn appeared to be shopping briefly before Clark reportedly pulled a gun and shot the clerk, the Tennessean reported.

A brown minivan that possibly belongs to Clark was found nearby, Nashville police said. Clark and Quinn are believed to be on foot in West Nashville near Brookmeade Elementary School, the newspaper reported. Other Nashville media reported that the school is no longer in use.

According to Dayton Police investigator Steven Rievley, Clark is an acquaintance of Quinn's family.

The teen was last seen wearing a camouflage hoodie, blue jeans and cowboy boots and is described as a white girl about 5 feet tall weighing about 110 pounds with red hair and blue eyes.

Clark is described as a white man about 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing about 168 pounds with brown hair and eyes.
