A driver lost control heading south around a curve on Hale Road tonight at approximately 8:30 p.m.. according to a release from the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.
The driver's vehicle rolled over after running into a ditch, injuring the driver.
The driver was sent to a local hospital after emergency personnel removed them from the vehicle.
Dallas Bay Volunteer Fire Department and Hamilton County Emergency Services responded to the scene.
The extent of the driver's injuries are unknown.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
