Building suffers $155,000 dollar loss after early morning fire

A building at 3019 Dodson Avenue suffered an estimated $155,000 in dollar loss after a fire early Monday morning.

Chattanooga firefighters responded to the call after 1 a.m. Monday. Heavy smoke and flames were visible when the firefighters arrived on scene.

It took firefighters 20 minutes to the get the blaze under control.

No injuries were reported.

One side of the building consisted of an automotive repair shop and the other side was used as a warehouse for a nearby Boost Mobile store.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
