The problem of 911 calls being misrouted to centers around the state has been resolved, according to a release from the Hamilton County 911 Emergency Communications District.
Citizens are being instructed to now place all emergency calls through 911.
Hamilton County was one of 14 counties across the state of Tennessee that was experiencing 911 call misroutes Tuesday.
