Two suspects have been arrested in the death of a man whose body was found in a wooded area of Grundy County, Tenn., last month, according to a sheriff's office news release.

Jamie Nunley, 40, of Tracy City and Donovan Hargis, 24, of Gruetli-Laager taken into custody in Burnsville, N.C., in connection with the death of 35-year-old Dylan Winton of Tracy City.

Winton was reported missing on March 13 and his remains were found in a remote area near Altamont on Oct. 4.

A previous report from the Grundy County Sheriff's Office said Winton had been shot at least four times.

Grundy County Sheriff's Office investigators had previously located the couple in Westminster, S.C.

With the help of the Oconee County Sheriff's Office in Seneca, S.C., investigators determined the two had fled to a location in North Carolina. The two were taken into custody by the Yancey County Sheriff's Office without incident.

Both Nunley and Hargis will appear in court Thursday for an extradition hearing.

The sheriff's office said this is the third arrest in two days in non-related Grundy County homicides.
