Hamilton County Sheriff's Office-Collegedale police investigation results in multiple arrests

A joint investigation by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office and Collegedale Police Department has resulted in the indictment of eight individuals, according to a release from the HCSO.

The indicted were found to be associated with one another and each has been charged in connection with a high number of burglaries, stolen vehicles and thefts from vehicles in the East Brainerd, Ooltewah and Collegedale areas during July 2017.

The reported incidents had a combined total loss of over $120,000.

A juvenile has been charged with a total of 13 counts of burglary, theft under $1,000, theft over $1,000 and theft over $10,000.

Quinzell Beasley and Edward Gawayne Taylor have been arrested and booked into the Hamilton County Jail, while Eddie Jevon Henderson and Tevin Quardell Westmoreland remain in custody in Marion County on similar offenses.

Arrests are pending on the remaining individuals, according to the release.

Arrests:

Eddie Jevon Henderson, 20, charged with a total of 22 counts of aggravated burglary, burglary, theft under $1,000, theft over $1,000, and theft over $10,000

Tevin Quardell Westmoreland, 19, charged with a total of 19 counts of burglary, theft under $1,000, theft over $1,000 and theft over $10,000

Edward Gawayne Taylor, 19, charged with a total of 6 counts of the following offenses; Burglary, Theft under $1,000.00, Theft over $1,000.00, and Theft over $10,000.00

Tayvon Marquez Nelson, 18, charged with a total of 21 counts of aggravated burglary, burglary, theft under $1,000, theft over $1,000 and theft over $10,000

Quinzell Beasley, 18, charged with a total of 22 counts of aggravated burglary, burglary, theft under $1,000, theft over $1,000 and theft over $10,000

Roderick Jerome Holloway, 20, charged with a total of 5 counts of burglary, theft under $1,000 and theft over $10,000

Malachi Billups, 19, charged with a total of 4 counts of burglary, theft under $1,000, theft over $1,000 and theft over $10,000
