A 21-room hotel is proposed for the site of a longtime North Shore restaurant building next to the Walnut Street Bridge.
A developer is proposing to put a five-level hotel at 202 Frazier Ave. where the former Northside Lunch eatery operated for many years.
Four levels of the hotel would be above Frazier, according to the application for a form-based code variance filed by Chattanooga architect Thomas Palmer of Cogent Studio.
The developer wasn't identified.
The 92-year-old building has been vacant for at least a couple of years. The asking price for the property by the current owner is about $700,000.
