Signal Mayor Howley: More research, input needed before council can vote on school system viability report

UPDATE: The council did not take a vote on the report. Signal Mountain Mayor Chris Howley said more research needs to be done, and more public input needs to be sought before a decision can be made.

PREVIOUS STORY: The Signal Mountain school system viability committee presents its report to the town council tonight.

Six members approved the 48-page report, and one, Charles Spencer, is listed as voting against approval.
