R. Kelly has been forced out of two Atlanta-area homes after failing to pay more than $31,000 in past rent.

The R&B singer was evicted from two homes he was renting in Johns Creek, according to court documents filed with the magistrate court of Fulton County.

In late November, both homes were robbed while he was on tour. A cleaning woman alerted the authorities on Nov. 26, telling police that "everything was gone."

Alfonso Walker, 50, was arrested in December and charged with felony and misdemeanor charges, including theft by deception, theft by taking and burglary in the first degree.

Kelly previously rented a third home in the same area, where he allegedly held women captive in a sex cult.

He has not faced any charges stemming from those allegations.

A representative for Kelly did not immediately return a request for comment.
