An early Sunday morning fire in a maintenance building at the Chattanooga Yacht Club at 9400 North Hickory Valley Road caused $60,000 in damages.
No one was injured in the fire that broke out at 2:25 a.m, according to a news release. The building housed tools and other equipment.
Firefighters contained the fire to the maintenance building, which is considered a total loss. The cause of the fire is still under investigation by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.
