Bradley County Sheriff Eric Watson held a press conference to respond to a political action committee's allegations that were published in a Times Free Press story today.

The allegations were about how Watson took allegedly unguarded felons from the county jail to church to testify as "former" prisoners about their spiritual conversions.

The PAC tracked down the inmates' crimes and sentences and alleges Watson violated Bradley County Jail policies and endangered the public.
