"Once our estimate is complete and gone over with the homeowner and the work authorization has been signed, our experienced team will help with any color and material selections," Chapman explained of the process. "Most of this can be done within the home to make the process as stress-free as possible."

She added that team members get the work done as quickly as possible while still providing the best quality and upholding the highest standards, and that seeing a happy client after they've done a complete remodel or restoration is a great feeling.

Chapman Development takes on reconstruction and renovation projects from start to finish, commercial remodeling and new construction as well as property damage projects where major or minor repairs are needed. A consultation with a client involves a team member evaluating the job and tasks to be accomplished, answering all the client's questions, creating a timeline for the job and thoroughly documenting everything the project will encompass from beginning to end.
