3. Regions Bank, based in Birmingham, Ala., with 23 Chattanooga area offices and $1.4 billion in local assets
4. FSGBank, based in Chattanooga, with 10 Chattanooga area offices and $512.5 million in local assets
5. Northwest Georgia Bank, based in Ringgold, Ga., with 10 Chattanooga area offices and $447.7 million in assets
