2 Tennessee American Water Co., filter house improvements at 101 Wiehl St., by Helton Construction Co., $492,862
3 New mercantile store at 3115 Dodson Ave., by Simco Leather Co., by Broadway Construction Co., $375,000
4 Unum How Cafe renovation at 555 Walnut St., by Schaerer Contracting, $350,000
5Rock Tenn Converting Co., partial roof replacement at 701 Manufacturers Road by Tennessee Roofing, $309.000
