Western Sizzlin Franchise Corp., a subsidiary of Biglari Holdings Co., has opened a Western Sizzlin steakhouse at 6021 Relocation Way in Ooltewah.
The owners, Johnny and Kathy Miller, have been in the Western system for 16 years and own another restaurant in Dalton, Ga. The new Ooltewah restaurant offers six full-size meeting rooms for larger parties and also offers catering and to-go options.
