Hixson Council Meeting Wednesday from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. at North River Civic Center, 1009 Executive Drive. Ruthie Thompson, events and marketing coordinator for Outdoor Chattanooga, will speak at the event sponsored by Doctor's Express. Meetings cost $10.
