Out-of-town developer Case Lawrence announced he's building a new trampoline park at 7455 Commons Boulevard near the Hamilton Place Mall.

The 30,000 square-foot facility will include 15,000 square feet of trampolines, as well as a trapeze and 'Ninja Warrier' obstacle course over large foam pits. The extreme sport facility will be aimed at teens and young adults. Superfly Trampoline Park will open in May 2014.

Developer John Wise is already building a $1.2 million indoor trampoline park in Chattanooga's Southside as part of a 17,000-square-foot building. The facility, under construction at 1810 Chestnut St., will include about 10,000 square feet of trampolines.
