Tennessee a good state for doctors

Tennessee is the seventh-best state for doctors for 2015, according to WalletHub.

WalletHub compared each of the 50 states and the District of Columbia on 12 key metrics designed to identify its 2015 Best & Worst States for Doctors.

Georgia was ranked 23rd and Alabama was 12th. South Carolina was the No. 1 state.

WalletHub said the ranking will help U.S. doctors make the most informed decisions regarding where to live and work, as well as local governments identify policy initiatives.
