The Amazon Fulfillment Center in the Enterprise South industrial park in Chattanooga.Amazon's fulfillment center in Chattanooga is hosting a job fair on Tuesday to fill 500 full-time positions.
The company, which in March announced it was creating more than 400 new posts in Chattanooga, will hold the job fair at Brainerd Crossroads, 4011 Austin St.
The hourly positions will pick, pack and ship customer orders.
Interested candidates can apply on site, and qualified applicants will leave with job offers, according to the Internet retailer that has between 2,500 and 3,000 people in Chattanooga.
Applicants are asked to bring a photo ID and proof of education (high school diploma, DD-214, GED or equivalent).
