WalletHub analyzed major airlines for 13 metrics, including flight reliability, complaints and in-flight comfort. The highest rated in 2015 were:

1. Virgin America

2. JetBlue Airways

3. Alaska Airlines

4. Hawaiian Airlines

5. Delta Air Lines
