Genghis Grill restaurant received a failing score of 57 in its most recent Hamilton County inspection.

Reasons included the hand sink being used to store food, floor tile in kitchen damaged, roaches crawling on walls, food in cases stored directly on the floor and no hot water available at hand sink.
