MAU Workforce Solutions is conducting a job fair today from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Chattanooga Convention Center meeting room 8 to fill jobs at the new Wacker polysilicon plant in Charleston, Tenn.
Wacker, the German-based maker of key components for solar panels, has built at $2.4 billion facility in northern Bradley County to produce polysilicon and other chemicals. The staffing agency MAU is looking for technical and logistic operators. These are temp-to-hire positions with starting pay of $14 an hour.
