* Scope: The strip mall still has 1,500 square feet of space available for lease. A Cook Out restaurant is slated to be built nearby. Wolford Management owns and operates five properties in the greater-Chattanooga area.
* Schedule: RAK Outfitters is open. Firehouse Subs is expected to open in the next two months.
